By submitting this form I understand that we have reserved a spot in all five 2027 ACVC Select League Tournaments and payment is non-refundable. Any tournament impacted by weather will first try to be rescheduled. In the event a tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather, a credit will be given for future seasons. Refunds/credits will not be given for forfeitures of any reason.

I certify that all participant's to be on this team meet USAV's Age Definition Chart and Assigned Female at Birth requirements. Copies of Birth Certificates can be provided upon request.

Next Step: Within a couple weeks you will receive an email with a Registration link to send out to your players and coaches. This will provide us with your roster and waivers. Rosters cannot be added to after the first tournament.
